The details include the person's full name, picture or mugshot, race, gender, age, booking number and date, bond amount, last known location before arrest, current cell location, case status showing if they are sentenced or in pre-sentencing, the arresting agency and police case number, charges filed and court case number, and the court location.

Daily Booking List and Other Reports

Orange County Corrections provides several reports beyond the current inmate database. The Daily Booking List shows all inmates booked during the 24-hour period beginning at midnight of the preceding day. This list helps you find recent arrests even if the person has already posted bond and been released.

Inmate Population Statistics show race and ethnicity statistics for the current inmate population. This report updates daily. The First Appearance List also updates daily and shows people who will appear before a judge. First appearance hearings inform inmates of new charges and bond status. These hearings are held seven days per week, including holidays.

These additional reports give you different ways to track inmate information depending on what you need to know. The daily booking list is useful if you are looking for someone arrested very recently. The first appearance list helps if you want to know when an inmate will go before a judge.

Florida Public Records Access

Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes is the Public Records Act. This law governs access to public records including inmate information. Orange County Corrections must provide access to most inmate records unless they fall under exemptions listed in Section 945.10.

Restricted information includes witness protection program details, information that could jeopardize a person's safety, and records exempt under other public records laws. Medical records, mental health records, and substance abuse treatment records are confidential and not released without proper authorization. These protections ensure privacy while still allowing public access to basic arrest and booking information.

Other Major Florida Cities

Other large cities in Florida also rely on county jail systems for inmates arrested in city limits. Each county maintains its own inmate search database.
